We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Cooling-off period (ECTA)
If you purchased online and have not opened or used the product, you may cancel within 7 days of delivery and return it for a full refund (you cover return shipping).

2. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping).

3. Change of mind after opening
Because our products are food supplements / consumables, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products for change-of-mind reasons (hygiene and safety).

4. How to request a return
Email orders@yesyes.co.za or WhatsApp +27 81 389 3077 with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
