1. Delivery area
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

2. Shipping costs & times
• Free courier delivery on all orders within South Africa.
• Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
• Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days (most metro areas 24–36 hours).
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

4. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

5. Failed delivery
If a package is returned to us because of a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply in some cases).
